Our plain-language commitment to parents

For parents and guardians: what a young person shares while learning deserves the most care of all. Here is plainly what we will and will not do with it.

We do not train AI models on what your student shares

Their questions, conversations, and learning journey are used to help them, and only them. They are not used to train or improve AI models, ours or anyone else's.

We do not sell their information, and we never advertise to them

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or conversations to any third party. There is no advertising business behind the Fellow, and there never will be. Your student will never see an ad here.

It is locked down, in transit and at rest

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connections run over HTTPS (TLS), and what is stored is encrypted with AES-256, the same standard approved to protect classified government information. The handful of providers we rely on to run the service, the AI model, our hosting, and our database, only ever process it to deliver the service. They do not use conversations to train their models.

Built to point them back to you

The Fellow is designed so that anything beyond learning, anything heavy, confusing, or personal, gets met with the same gentle answer: talk to a trusted adult. We want your student more connected to the humans around them, not less.

You stay in control

Information is kept only to make the Fellow useful to your student across sessions.
You can ask to review it, or to have it deleted entirely, at any time.
Accounts are created by us for known families; there is no open signup.
